1. Who We Serve

SDS provides software and enrollment-automation tools to microschool founders and educational organizations (“Schools”).
SDS acts primarily as a
service provider / data processor for Schools.

Schools act as the data controllers for any personal information they collect from families, parents, or students through the Services.


2. Information We Collect

We collect information in three main ways:


A. Information You Provide Directly

This includes:

Name, email address, phone number

School or organization details

Billing information (processed securely by third-party processors)

Communications with SDS

Inputs submitted through forms, surveys, support channels, or onboarding materials


B. Information Collected Through Schools Using the Services

Schools may use SDS tools to collect information from families, such as:

Parent/guardian contact information

Student name, age, grade level, interests

Tour booking details

Application or enrollment-related information

Survey responses or communications

Schools remain responsible for:

How they collect and use family/student data

Their own privacy practices

Providing accurate notices to families

SDS processes this data solely on the School’s behalf and does not sell or use it for SDS marketing.


C. Information Collected Automatically

When you access the Services, we may collect data such as:

This helps us improve system performance, security, and user experience.


3. How We Use Information

Customizing whitelabeled sub-accounts

Sending onboarding or service-related communications

We do not sell or rent personal information.

We also do not use student or family data collected by Schools for SDS marketing.


4. How Schools Use Information

Schools are responsible for:

Their own admissions process

Messaging and communication with families

How they store, share, and retain data from prospective or enrolled students

Providing legally required notices to parents/guardians

Schools may export, modify, or delete their own data within the Services.

If a parent wants to request access, correction, or deletion of student data, SDS will direct them to the appropriate School.


5. How Information Is Shared

We may share information only in the following circumstances:

With service providers:

Trusted third-party vendors (e.g., GoHighLevel, email delivery services, payment processors, hosting providers) who help us operate the Services.

With Schools:

Information families submit to whitelabeled systems is shared with the School who owns that sub-account.

For legal or safety reasons:

If required by law, court order, or to prevent harm or fraud.

With consent:

If you explicitly authorize a specific disclosure.

We never sell personal information.


6. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect information, including:

Secure hosting

No system can guarantee 100% security, but we take data protection seriously and continuously improve our safeguards.


7. Children’s Privacy

SDS does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

Schools that collect information about students (including those under 13) via the Services are responsible for complying with COPPA and other applicable laws.

Comply with legal obligations

Schools may request deletion of data at any time.

Depending on your role (School, parent, or user), you may:

Parents requesting information must contact the School directly.


10. International Users

If you access the Services from outside the United States, you agree that data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed within the U.S.

Some pages may contain links to third-party websites. SDS is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
