These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, software tools, sub-accounts, educational content, and services provided by Self-Directed Success (“SDS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This includes, but is not limited to:

SDS Enrollment Booster™

Whitelabeled GoHighLevel sub-accounts

SDS Founders Hub, Growth Dashboard, and related systems

Any content, templates, or materials provided by SDS

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.


1. Definitions

“Services” includes all SDS software, tools, templates, funnels, automations, content, and whitelabeled platforms offered to microschools and educational organizations.

“School” or “Client” refers to the individual or organization using the Services to manage inquiries, enrollment, communications, or related processes.

“You” refers to the user accessing the Services—whether a school founder, an employee, a contractor, or a parent/guardian interacting with a school’s SDS-powered system.

“Platform” refers specifically to the SDS whitelabeled GoHighLevel account and all related hosted content.


2. Use of Services

A. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

B. License to Use

SDS grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Services solely for your school or organization’s internal purposes.

C. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Copy, resell, or sublicense the Services

Reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform

Use the Services for illegal purposes

Harass or misuse contact data collected through the system

Interfere with system security or performance

SDS reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse or violation of these Terms.


3. Your Responsibilities

When using the Services, you agree that:

A. You Own and Control the Data You Collect

Schools are the data controllers for information collected from prospective families and students.

You are solely responsible for:

The accuracy of the information you collect

Your communication with families

Your admissions and enrollment decisions

Compliance with applicable laws (including COPPA, FERPA, GDPR if applicable, state privacy rules)

Honoring parent requests related to student data

SDS does not control or monitor how Schools use the data they collect.

B. Account Access & Security

You must maintain:

Confidentiality of login credentials

Accurate profile and business information

Proper permissions for team members accessing the account

You are responsible for all activity under your login.

C. Lawful and Ethical Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

Send spam or unsolicited bulk communication

Collect sensitive information without proper disclosures

Misrepresent your school or services

Violate advertising or texting regulations


4. SDS Responsibilities

SDS provides:

A platform for building funnels, forms, calendars, and automations

Technical setup and support as outlined in your purchased package

Infrastructure for data processing and communication delivery

Access to AI-assisted content and templates

Industry-standard security protections

SDS does not:

Make admissions decisions

Communicate with families on your behalf unless explicitly stated

Provide legal compliance for your school’s data practices

Guarantee enrollment outcomes

Guarantee uninterrupted service (though we strive for high uptime)


5. Payment, Subscriptions & Cancellations

A. Fees

Fees for Enrollment Booster packages, add-ons, and ongoing subscription services are outlined at the time of purchase.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

B. Subscription Billing

If your sub-account includes ongoing software access, you agree to:

Maintain a valid payment method

Pay recurring subscription fees

Allow SDS to auto-renew unless canceled

C. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time, but:

Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle

Access to the sub-account will be paused or removed

Data may be archived or deleted after cancellation

SDS is not responsible for loss of access due to nonpayment.


6. Content Ownership

A. Your Content

All data, media, and materials you upload remain your property.

You grant SDS permission to process and store this data solely to provide the Services.

B. SDS Content

All templates, copy, funnels, automations, course materials, workflows, images, and AI-generated or human-created SDS assets remain the intellectual property of SDS.

You may not:

Resell

Copy for use in another agency

Repackage

Distribute outside your school

unless given written permission.


7. AI Features & Content

Some SDS Services include AI-generated content or suggestions.

You understand and agree that:

AI output may require human review

You are responsible for verifying accuracy before use

SDS is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content

AI should not be used to send discriminatory, misleading, or harmful messages


8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind

SDS is not responsible for lost leads, lost revenue, or errors in messaging

SDS does not guarantee enrollment results

SDS is not liable for outages caused by third-party platforms such as GoHighLevel, email providers, SMS carriers, or hosting companies


9. Limitation of Liability

SDS’s total liability for all claims arising from your use of the Services will not exceed the amount paid by you in the past six (6) months.

SDS is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Loss of profits or enrollment

Data loss caused by your actions or third-party integrations

Misuse of data by School staff or team members


10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SDS from any claims arising out of:

Your use of the Services

Your communications with families

Your school’s enrollment decisions

Violations of privacy or compliance laws

Misuse of data collected through the platform


11. Termination

SDS may suspend or terminate your access if:

Payment fails

You violate these Terms

You misuse the platform or data

Your behavior poses a security or legal risk

Upon termination:

Your access may be revoked immediately

Data may be archived or deleted after a reasonable period


12. Third-Party Services

The Services integrate with tools such as:

GoHighLevel

Email service providers

SMS carriers

AI engines

Hosting providers

Your use of these tools is also subject to their respective terms.

SDS is not responsible for outages or actions of third parties.


13. Changes to These Terms

SDS may update these Terms periodically.
Updated Terms will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Any disputes must be resolved in courts located in Collin County, Texas.
